Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RELX Global Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
